About Nipton
Nipton was not always our dog. She came first to our
daughter Rebecca as a stray puppy in 1996. Her name "Nipton"
is usually used in its diminutive form, "Nippy".
Nippy came to visit us in the Autumn of A.D. 2000 and decided
to stay. She has since adopted us as her parents.
Nipton is a malamute/chow mix with very wolf-like features.
She is gentle-natured and gets along well with everyone in the
family, including our other doggy friend, Benny,
and his five cats.
Because of Nippy we are healthier people. We have logged
hundreds if not thousands of miles walking her and Ben, usually
twice a day. To Nippy and Ben these are not merely bathroom
visits but major social events. They stop at nearly every bush
and tree to check for (and often send) p-mail messages. We're
all grateful for the exercise.
Thanks, Nipton!
